The SharePoint problem
Frustrated with SharePoint?
Most organizations deploy SharePoint, then leave it to grow into chaos. We've seen it hundreds of times — and we know exactly how to fix it.
Can't find anything
Files buried in nested folders nobody can navigate. Every search returns 200 results. Time is wasted every single day.
Nobody actually uses it
You paid for SharePoint, but staff still email attachments, use personal drives, and skip the intranet entirely.
Permission chaos
Permissions granted ad hoc for years. Sensitive files visible to everyone. Former employees still have access.
Paying for features you don't use
Power Automate, Copilot, Viva Connections — all included in your M365 subscription, all sitting idle.
What we deliver
Focused services. Fixed prices. Defined outcomes.
Every engagement comes with transparent pricing, a defined scope, and a dedicated consultant — not a faceless ticketing queue.

Copilot & AI optimization
Copilot doesn't fix your content problems. It exposes them.
Microsoft Copilot answers from whatever your permissions allow it to see — stale files, overshared HR folders, and every "Final_FINAL" draft included. In a regulated organization, that's not an inconvenience. It's a compliance incident waiting to happen. We make Microsoft AI safe to turn on, then make it worth having.
-
Secure the foundation firstWe audit permissions, external sharing, and content sprawl so Copilot can't surface what it shouldn't — including PHI and privileged material.
-
Structure content for accurate answersMetadata, source-of-truth libraries, and lifecycle rules that dramatically improve the quality of what Copilot returns.
-
Roll it out so people actually use itRole-based training, prompt libraries, and custom agents built in Copilot Studio — measured by adoption, not license count.

Why a retainer instead of hourly? Managed support gives you a named M365 expert on call without hiring a full-time administrator — and unlike hourly work, it includes proactive governance reviews that catch permission drift and oversharing before they become audit findings.
Not sure where you fit? The free discovery call ends with a straight recommendation — even if it isn't us.
Client outcomes
What clients say
NoCo Foundry turned our SharePoint from a digital junk drawer into an actual system. Staff adoption went from near-zero to daily use within 60 days of go-live. The fixed-price model meant we knew exactly what we were getting into.
Jane M.
COO, Multi-site Healthcare Practice
The Power Automate flows they built eliminated about 5 hours of manual contract routing per week. For a firm our size, that's real money. They explained every step and our team can maintain it ourselves now.
Robert S.
Managing Partner, Law Firm (12 attorneys)
Ziggy understood our clinical workflows immediately — that's rare in an IT consultant. Our policy and credentialing documents finally live in one place providers can actually find. We're already scoping Phase 2 for the Copilot rollout.

Medical Director, Ambulatory Care Group

Why NoCo Foundry
A consultant, not a ticketing queue
NoCo Foundry is a boutique consultancy. Every engagement is scoped, delivered, and supported by the same senior consultant — no hand-offs to junior staff, no offshore queue, no billing surprises. That's deliberate: in regulated industries, the person who understood your compliance requirements in the discovery call should be the person configuring your permissions model.
The background is unusual for a SharePoint consultancy: clinical informatics, athenahealth, and enterprise M365. It means we speak both languages — the CIO's and the clinician's — and we design for the people who actually have to use the system on a Tuesday afternoon.
Common questions
Before you reach out
Before you reach out
Who is NoCo Foundry?
NoCo Foundry is the independent Microsoft 365 and SharePoint consulting practice of Ziggy Moodie, based in Atlanta, Georgia. Every engagement is scoped, delivered, and supported personally — no subcontractors, no junior consultants, no offshore queue. The practice focuses on regulated industries, backed by a healthcare informatics M.S., an active U.S. Secret Clearance, and 13+ years in enterprise M365 and healthcare IT.
What services do you offer?
Six: hourly consulting at $275/hour, Copilot Readiness & Governance Audits from $2,800, SharePoint document management from $3,900, SharePoint intranets from $7,500, live training at $950 per session, and full implementations from $14,500. Monthly managed support runs $1,500–$8,000/month. Website builds and SEO for small businesses are also available.
How much does an engagement cost?
Every price is published on this page, and every fixed-fee project is quoted in full before work begins. Fixed fees cover scoping, configuration, review meetings, training, and documentation. You'll never receive an invoice for a number you haven't already agreed to.
Do you do custom development?
Rarely, and only when out-of-the-box genuinely can't solve the problem. Custom code inflates budgets and leaves clients dependent on whoever wrote it. Nearly everything organizations need — document management, intranets, approvals, dashboards — is already in your Microsoft 365 licensing. We configure what you're paying for rather than building something you'll have to maintain forever.
Is content migration included?
No, and that's deliberate. We configure the structure — sites, libraries, metadata, navigation, permissions — and train your team to move content into it. Cleaning up years of legacy files is open-ended by nature and often takes longer than the configuration itself, so we keep it out of fixed pricing rather than inflate every estimate to cover it. If you'd prefer to hand it off, we can scope migration separately or recommend a migration vendor.
What is a Copilot Readiness & Governance Audit?
A written audit of your Microsoft 365 tenant before you enable Copilot. It covers permission sprawl, oversharing, external sharing, sensitivity labeling, content quality, and site architecture — the things that determine whether Copilot gives staff accurate answers or surfaces files they were never meant to see. You receive a severity-rated findings report and a prioritized remediation roadmap, not a sales pitch.
Do you work with HIPAA-regulated organizations?
Yes — healthcare is our primary vertical. We build HIPAA-compliant SharePoint environments, sign BAAs where required, and bring direct clinical informatics experience from years working inside healthcare IT. We also serve legal, financial services, aerospace/defense, government contractors, and education.
What industries do you serve?
Twelve: healthcare and hospital systems, education, engineering, finance, government, IT providers and MSPs, legal, nonprofits, project management offices, real estate, retail, and software. The underlying SharePoint and Microsoft 365 patterns apply broadly, but compliance pressures, terminology, and governance priorities differ sharply by industry — and the recommendations change accordingly. Healthcare remains our deepest vertical.
After we start working together
How fast can you start?
Hourly consulting sessions are typically scheduled within a week. Fixed-fee projects begin with a 30-minute scoping call followed by a written proposal with timeline and price; most start within two to three weeks of first contact. Inquiries get a response within one business day.
What does a project actually look like?
A scoping call to confirm requirements, then a written proposal with timeline and fixed price. Once signed, work moves in phases: information architecture design, configuration in your tenant, iterative review meetings so nothing is a surprise at the end, then training. Every phase is delivered personally, and you have a direct line throughout.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Most work is delivered remotely by web meeting, which keeps projects moving without travel costs or scheduling friction. On-site workshops and training are available in the greater Atlanta metro and by arrangement nationwide.
Can our team manage things after the project ends?
Yes — that's a design goal, not an afterthought. Because engagements use out-of-the-box SharePoint and Microsoft 365 features, your business users can add content, update pages, and adjust permissions without calling IT or a developer. Every project includes hands-on training for site owners and admins plus written governance documentation, so your team is self-sufficient at handoff.
What if we need help after the project ends?
Many clients come back for occasional hourly consulting as new questions come up — no retainer required, and purchased hours never expire. Organizations that want ongoing coverage can add a month-to-month managed support plan, and some book refresher training as their teams grow or as Microsoft ships significant new features.
