Ziggy leads every engagement personally, from the first scoping call through training and handoff. When a project calls for depth we don't carry in-house, we bring in a small, hand-selected bench of specialists we've worked with directly and vetted ourselves — practitioners in areas like revenue cycle, compliance, and design. You'll always know who is working on your project and why they're there. What you won't get is a faceless queue, an anonymous offshore team, or a junior consultant learning on your tenant.

Microsoft work starts with one of two setup packages: Basic Out-of-the-Box Setup at $5,000 or Enterprise Setup & Migration at $20,000. Everything else — intranet branding, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, Entra ID integration, Copilot governance, migration and training — is an add-on you take only if you need it, priced in the services section. After go-live, a monthly plan from $2,400 covers ongoing work. For local businesses we also build Smart Websites and run Google Business Profile and review programs.

Both are published on this page and quoted in full before work starts. Microsoft licences are bought direct from Microsoft and never marked up, and nothing we build requires a new one.

Rarely, and only when out-of-the-box genuinely can't solve the problem. Custom code inflates budgets and leaves clients dependent on whoever wrote it. Nearly everything organizations need for managing documents is already in the Microsoft 365 licensing they pay for. We configure what you're paying for rather than building something you'll have to maintain forever.

The setup can stand on its own if all you need is the build. Most organizations take a monthly plan afterwards because SharePoint keeps evolving: people join, permissions drift, Microsoft ships features, and someone has to own that. Plans are month-to-month and you can stop whenever the work is done.

You buy Microsoft 365 licences direct from Microsoft at their price. We never resell or mark them up. Everything we build uses capability already included in standard business licensing, so no project here requires you to upgrade a plan or add a product.

No, and that's deliberate. We configure the structure — sites, libraries, metadata, navigation, permissions — and train your team to move content into it. Cleaning up years of legacy files is open-ended by nature and often takes longer than the configuration itself, so we keep it out of fixed pricing rather than inflate every estimate to cover it. If you'd prefer to hand it off, we can scope migration separately or recommend a migration vendor.

We build the system that makes it easy for satisfied customers to leave one: a direct review link, a printed QR code for the counter, and request templates your staff can send by text or email. We also draft the responses, including for the difficult reviews. What we do not do is write reviews, buy them, or screen customers by how happy they are before asking. That last practice is called review gating, it breaks Google's policies, and it can get a profile suspended.
